My approach to therapy is all about helping you to break free and boost your confidence with a simple shift in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

The first step is booking a 20-minute free consultation call, where we’ll get to know each other and check I’m the right therapist for you. When you arrange your first session, I learn your personal situation in more detail and then tailor the approach to what you need the most.
We work together to navigate your goals for therapy, breaking it down into small and achievable steps. We create a plan to help you break free from the cycle of overwhelm and overcommitment, so you can make space for your own needs and feel empowered to embrace a more balanced, fulfilling life

How 1:1 Therapy works…
Sessions take place online, over the phone or in person. I work with clients all over the world. (Due to licensing and insurance reasons I am unable to work with clients based in the US or Canada.)
Location:
If you choose to work with me in person, your sessions will take place in the beautiful Wishing Well Retreat. Set in the idyllic Ayrshire countryside with a cherry blossom tree overhead and views reaching from Arran to Ben Lomond this safe space offers the utmost discretion and the perfect atmosphere to work through your current challenges without distraction.
I meet most clients weekly and suggest we meet for at least 6-8 weekly sessions to begin, before we review and make an ongoing plan. Appointments are typically at the same time each week , but ad-hoc appointments are also available. This is something we can discuss during your consultation call.
Frequency of sessions:
Sessions are £89 with payments settled in cash at appointment or in advance via BACS transfer. I also accept AXA, Aviva and Vitality health insurance. I offer a free consultation for 20 minutes to discuss your needs and goals for therapy.
Currently, availability for weekly appointments.
Online: Monday 8.30am, 9.30am and 10.30am
In-person: Tuesday 11.10am, 1pm and 2:10pm
*Ad-hoc sessions available on request.
